Refund policy

 

 

We accept exchanges of unworn jewelry and eyewear within seven (7) days of delivery. We do not accept exchanges of clothing.

We do not accept returns for refund. 

If you would like to exchange an item (jewelry or sunglasses only), you can do so by returning the purchased item in its original condition. Please email info@chrishabana.com for the return address as well as Return Authorization. Upon receipt of the original item, we will issue you a discount code equaling the value of the original item. You will be able to use the discount code in lieu of a store credit for your next purchase. 

The shipping costs are non-refundable.

All items on markdown and customized pieces cannot be exchanged and are final sale. 

We do not offer price adjustments. 

Any cancellation requests must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of order confirmation. 

For all repairs you can email info@chrishabana.com Please include your name, description, photo of the damage and proof of purchase. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
