Shipping policy

All jewelry and clothing pieces are made to order.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for shipping from the date of the order, unless otherwise stated and/or agreed in writing.

All eyewear ships within 3-4 days from the date of your order. 

An order consisting of eyewear pieces along with jewelry and/or clothing pieces is shipped complete when all pieces are  ready altogether. If you plan to order eyewear along with jewelry and/or clothing, and need the sunglasses immediately, we encourage you to place separate orders for eyewear and the rest. 

Please allow an additional 7-10 days for delivery from the shipment date.

For all orders that are shipped to you, you will receive an automated tracking number once the package is ready to send out. You assume the responsibility to track your orders during shipment and delivery.

The shipments are delivered without an authorized signature, and are not insured, unless otherwise is specifically requested by the customer in writing at the time of their order. All such  special requests can be made by email to studio@chrishabana.com. Additional charges may apply for authorized signature requirement and insurance. 

The customer assumes all responsibility of any claims to be made with the shipping carrier in case of a problem with the delivery. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, delays with the delivery or any other issues that may occur during the shipment. 

For international shipments (i.e. orders shipped out of USA), the customer assumes responsibility of all custom duties and taxes that may be payable to the shipping company and/or to local customs authorities, prior to or after receipt of the goods by the customer. 

If you choose Local Pick Up Option at checkout, you will receive a separate email when your order is ready for pick up.
